Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product formulated from proprietary type 6 nylon produced by Quadrant's Monocast® process. This material incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating capabilities, along with high pressure/velocity resistance and superior wear characteristics. Nylatron NSM is specifically engineered for demanding applications necessitating larger size components, making it an excellent choice for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it boasts a lifespan of up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, ensuring enhanced longevity and performance in various industrial uses.
