Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product produced using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This type 6 nylon formulation incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, enabling it to withstand high pressure and velocity while delivering superior wear resistance. Designed for demanding applications needing larger size components, Nylatron NSM is particularly suitable for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it offers exceptional longevity, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon.
