Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, developed through Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This Type 6 nylon formulation incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and exceptional wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically engineered for demanding applications that require larger size parts, making it ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, this material exhibits an impressive longevity, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard Type 6 nylon.
