Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product developed using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This Type 6 nylon formulation is enhanced with solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, making it suitable for high pressure and velocity applications while also ensuring superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications that require larger size parts, making it ideal for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. Notably, in wear applications, Nylatron NSM outperforms standard Type 6 nylon, lasting up to 10 times longer.
