Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product created using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This type 6 nylon formulation incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, enabling high pressure/velocity operation and exceptional wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts and is well-suited for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. Notably, in wear applications, Nylatron NSM outperforms standard type 6 nylon, lasting up to 10 times longer.
