Nylatron® NSM nylon is an advanced bearing and wear nylon product produced using Quadrant's Monocast® process. This proprietary Type 6 nylon formulation includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts, making it ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM demonstrates exceptional durability, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard Type 6 nylon.
