Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product produced using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This type 6 nylon formulation incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, enabling it to handle high pressure and velocity while offering superior wear resistance. Specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size components, Nylatron NSM is ideal for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it lasts up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, making it an excellent choice for durability and performance.
