Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, utilizing a proprietary Type 6 nylon formulation produced with Quadrant's Monocast® process. This material features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance, making it suitable for demanding applications that require larger sized parts. Nylatron NSM is an excellent choice for bearings, gears, and wear pads, with a remarkable lifespan in wear applications, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard Type 6 nylon.
