In-house analysis demonstrates that this tubing is up to three times smoother than other silicone tubing, enhancing the ability to achieve complete system cleaning and sterilization. The platinum-curing process used in manufacturing Tygon® sanitary silicone tubing addresses extraction concerns often associated with alternative curing methods. Additionally, it has been fully characterized according to ISO 10993 standards, which helps to reduce user costs and time related to process validation.
