Bearing grade KETRON® HPV PEEK offers excellent wear resistance along with the lowest coefficient of friction and superior machining characteristics compared to filled PEEK stock shapes. The incorporation of carbon fibers, PTFE, and graphite into virgin PEEK creates this specialized "bearing grade." This material demonstrates remarkable tribological properties, including low friction, extended wear life, and high pressure-velocity capabilities, which make it especially suitable for bearing and wear applications. It can operate at a maximum temperature of 482°F continuous.
