Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product created through Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This Type 6 nylon formulation incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications that require larger size parts, making it an excellent choice for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, this material can last up to 10 times longer than standard Type 6 nylon.
