Nylatron® NSM nylon is a premium bearing and wear nylon product produced through Quadrant's Monocast® process, featuring a proprietary Type 6 nylon formulation. This material includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating capabilities, high pressure/velocity tolerance, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts and is suitable for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it offers an impressive lifespan, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard Type 6 nylon.
