Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, produced using Quadrant's Monocast® process, which utilizes a proprietary type 6 nylon formulation. This material features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications that require larger size parts, making it suitable for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it demonstrates a lifespan that can exceed standard type 6 nylon by up to 10 times, ensuring durability and reliability in various industrial uses.
