Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product produced using Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process. This type 6 nylon formulation features solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and superior wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications that require larger size parts, making it ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM exhibits an impressive longevity, lasting up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon.
