Nylatron® NSM nylon is the best bearing and wear nylon product available today, produced using Quadrant's Monocast® process. This proprietary type 6 nylon formulation incorporates solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity performance, and superior wear resistance characteristics. Nylatron NSM is specifically developed for demanding applications requiring larger size parts and is ideal for bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it lasts up to 10 times longer than standard type 6 nylon, making it a highly reliable choice for various industrial applications.
