Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, produced through Quadrant's proprietary Monocast® process, featuring a unique type 6 nylon formulation. This material includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, making it suitable for high pressure and velocity conditions, along with exceptional wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is specifically designed for demanding applications requiring larger size components, and it is particularly effective in the production of bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, Nylatron NSM has a lifespan that can extend up to 10 times longer than that of standard type 6 nylon, ensuring durability and reliability in various industrial uses.
