Nylatron® NSM nylon is a high-performance bearing and wear nylon product, noted for its proprietary Type 6 formulation produced through Quadrant's Monocast® process. This material includes solid lubricant additives that provide self-lubricating properties, high pressure/velocity capabilities, and enhanced wear resistance. Nylatron NSM is designed for demanding applications requiring larger-sized components and is particularly suitable for use in bearings, gears, and wear pads. In wear applications, it exhibits a lifespan that is up to 10 times longer than that of standard Type 6 nylon, making it an excellent choice for various industrial needs.
