In-house analysis demonstrates that the inner surface of Tygon® sanitary silicone tubing is up to three times smoother than other silicone tubing, enhancing the fluid path for better cleaning and sterilization of systems. The platinum-curing process used in its production addresses concerns of extraction typically associated with alternative curing methods.
