The Tygon® E-LFL formulation has been thoroughly tested to ensure it aligns with the physical standards of the original Tygon® LFL, showcasing 800 hours of pump life at 0 PSI back pressure, low particle spallation, and significant chemical resistance. Its non-aging characteristics and broad chemical compatibility allow for versatility across various applications, including production filtration, fermentation, surfactant delivery, and the transfer of highly viscous or shear-sensitive fluids, as well as flavor and vitamin concentrate dispensing. Additionally, Tygon® E-LFL can withstand most commercial cleaning agents and bactericides, ensuring no risk of corrosion or oxidation. It also boasts excellent wear properties, minimizing particulate spallation and downstream contamination concerns.
