Tygothane® C-544-A I.B. precision polyurethane pressure tubing is designed for flexibility, surpassing many other reinforced urethane tubings, making it suitable for demanding applications that require a tight bend radius. It is specially formulated from ether-based polyurethane resin, providing resistance to a wide range of chemicals, including oils, greases, solvents, and various chemicals. Its excellent wear properties allow Tygothane® pressure tubing to outperform traditional materials such as rubber, plastic, and metal in abrasive conditions. The tubing is plasticizer-free and maintains flexibility even under extreme temperature cycling. Typical applications for Tygothane® C-544-A I.B. include food and cosmetic processing, abrasive and viscous slurry transfer, lubrication and degreaser dispensing, pellet and powder transfer, pneumatic sensory devices, instrumentation control lines, and coolant recovery systems.
