Durostone® wave solder pallet materials exhibit excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures and are recognized as the industry standard for wave solder pallets in the printed circuit board industry. The materials are designed for ease of handling during the production process, attributable to their lower density, which reduces the weight of the finished tooling, and their glass and resin content that minimizes skin irritation for line operators and machinists, addressing health and safety concerns. Durostone® is available in three standard grades: CHP 760 (blue) (standard), CAS 761 (black) (anti-static), and CAG 762 (grey) (anti-static, optical). Additionally, specialty grades such as CFR 762 (black) (flux-resistant) are offered for use in harsh environments.
