Torlon® 4203 rods and sheets are made from Torlon polyamide-imide, which offers excellent compressive strength and the highest elongation among Torlon grades. This material provides electrical insulation and exceptional impact strength, making it suitable for applications such as IC test sockets and handlers, as well as electrical connectors and insulators, owing to its high dielectric strength. With the capability to withstand high loads over a broad temperature range, Torlon® 4203 is ideal for structural components like linkages and seal rings. Additionally, it is an excellent choice for wear applications involving impact loading and abrasive wear. The Torlon® 4203 material is brown in color and is stocked in warehouses located in the USA, Singapore, and Taiwan.
