GPO-3 glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheets are designed for electrical applications that demand high arc and carbon track resistance, along with flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. This laminate is widely utilized in the fabrication of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports, and mounting panels in switchgear and various types of electrical apparatus. GPO-3 is a UL recognized product featuring a temperature index of 120 degrees Celsius for electrical applications and 140 degrees Celsius for mechanical use. It is available in thicknesses ranging from 1/32" (.031") to 2.00" thick, produced in standard red color as well as specialty options in black and white. The standard grade, H900, is offered by Professional Plastics, which also provides GPO-3 in different profiles, including angles and channels.
