GPO-3 glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheets are designed for electrical applications requiring high arc and carbon track resistance, flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. This laminate is extensively utilized in the production of phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports, and mounting panels in switchgear and other electrical apparatus. GPO-3 is a UL recognized product, featuring a temperature index of 120 degrees Celsius for electrical applications and 140 degrees Celsius for mechanical applications. The sheets are available in thicknesses ranging from 1/32" (.031") to 2.00" thick and come in standard red color, as well as specialty colors including black and white. The standard GPO-3 grade supplied by Professional Plastics is H900, and the material is also available in various profiles, including angles and channels.
