GPO-3 glass reinforced thermoset polyester sheets are designed for electrical applications requiring high arc and carbon track resistance, flame resistance, physical strength, and moderate heat resistance. This laminate is extensively used for manufacturing phase and end barriers, insulating supports, bus bar supports, and mounting panels in switchgear and other electrical apparatus. GPO-3 is a UL recognized product with a temperature index of 120 degrees Celsius for electrical use and 140 degrees Celsius for mechanical applications, and is available in thicknesses ranging from 1/32" (.031") to 2.00". It comes in standard red color, as well as specialty colors including black and white. The standard grade supplied by Professional Plastics is H900, and GPO-3 is also available in various profiles such as angles and channels.
