The CM HTP and HTG clevis trolley is designed for easy installation and precise positioning of loads using both manual and powered hoists. It features a wide range of flange widths, allowing for quick adjustments in seconds by turning the trolley axle without the need for loose parts such as spacer washers. The centered positioning of the hoist in the clevis is achieved by rotating the clevis load bar, effectively preventing any lateral movement. The trolley wheels are pre-lubricated with encapsulated ball bearings for smooth operation, while built-in safety features include wrap-around steel trolley guards that protect the trolley and provide drop protection. Additionally, optional rubber bumpers are available for enhanced functionality.
