The CM HTP and HTG clevis trolley is designed for quick installation and precise positioning or seamless traversing of loads with any manual or powered hoist. The trolley features an easy-to-install and adjustable design accommodating a wide range of flange widths. Flange width can be adjusted in seconds by turning the trolley axle, removing the need for loose parts, including spacer washers. The adjustments are achieved by rotating the clevis load bar, which ensures the centered positioning of the hoist within the clevis and prevents lateral movement. The trolley wheels are equipped with encapsulated ball bearings, providing smooth, pre-lubricated operation. Additionally, built-in safety features include wrap-around steel trolley guards that protect the trolley and offer drop protection. Optional rubber bumpers are available for enhanced functionality.
