The CM HTP and HTG clevis trolley is designed for precise positioning and seamless traversing of loads with both manual and powered hoists, facilitating quick installation and adjustment for various flange widths. The trolley allows for flange width adjustments in seconds by simply turning the trolley axle, which eliminates the need for loose components like spacer washers during installation. Adjustments are easily achieved by rotating the clevis load bar to ensure that the hoist remains centered within the clevis, preventing lateral movement. It features smooth operation with pre-lubricated trolley wheels that incorporate encapsulated ball bearings for effortless rolling. Additionally, the trolleys come with built-in safety features, including wrap-around steel trolley guards that protect the trolley and provide drop protection. Optional rubber bumpers are available for enhanced protection.
