The CM HTP and HTG clevis trolley is designed for quick and easy installation, enabling accurate positioning or seamless traversing of loads with any manual or powered hoist. The trolleys accommodate a wide range of flange widths and can be adjusted in seconds by turning the trolley axle, thus eliminating the need for loose parts such as spacer washers during installation. Adjustments are facilitated by rotating the clevis load bar, which ensures the hoist remains centered within the clevis, preventing lateral movement. The trolley wheels are pre-lubricated with encapsulated ball bearings, providing smooth operation. Additionally, the trolleys feature built-in safety elements, including wrap-around steel trolley guards for protection and drop safety. An optional feature includes rubber bumpers, available as supplementary equipment.
