It includes a smooth, white molded polypropylene base with a natural, clear polypropylene cover that features a lifting knob for easy handling. The cover fits securely over the annular moat of the cell to effectively seal off the chamber. Additionally, the kit is steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F), ensuring compliance with sterilization requirements.
