The Cleanware™ pipette rinsing system for pipette cleaning and storage features an effective, reliable design that ensures safe and efficient operation. This system is available as a complete unit or in individual components. The pipette rinsers offer an automatic method for rinsing large numbers of pipettes simultaneously. High-level water entry creates an air gap between the maximum water level and the end of the water inlet tube, enhancing safety and efficiency. The system utilizes a "tube within a tube" siphoning design that ensures rapid, complete, and automatic siphoning and refilling, accommodating a wide range of inlet water pressures and flow rates while minimizing the risk of siphon stalling and preventing backflow into the potable water supply during pressure interruptions. The leak-proof, polyethylene pipette jars are designed to store and soak pipettes, resistant to all common cleaning solutions at room temperature, including sulfuric acid/dichromate. Pipette baskets accommodate pipettes within the corresponding size jars, featuring cut-out hand grips for easy handling and gusher holes for quick drainage when lifted from a soaking jar. Additionally, a foam disk at the bottom cushions pipette tips to prevent breakage. The kit includes a 30.5 cm (12") long piece of 2.5 cm (1") I.D. drain tube and 1.5 m (5 ft) of 12.5 mm (1/2") I.D. flexible water inlet tube.
