Safety-vented wash bottles ensure compliance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) and OSHA's HazCom 2012 requirements regarding workplace labels. Each bottle is pre-printed with essential information, including the chemical name and formula, GHS pictogram and signal word, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The unique valve design prevents pressure build-up, eliminating potentially dangerous chemical drips and allowing the bottle to be dispensed in either an upright or inverted position. Featuring a wide mouth of 53mm (2") for easy refilling, the translucent LDPE bottles provide specific protection for various chemicals; sodium hypochlorite comes in white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450nm, while toluene is housed in a red LDPE bottle. Color-coded polypropylene closures facilitate quick identification. The kit includes 500ml bottles available in packs of 4 and 1000ml bottles in packs of 2, with an assortment of 4 per bag consisting of acetone, isopropanol, bleach, and ethanol.
