Safety-vented wash bottles are designed to ensure compliance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) and OSHA's HazCom 2012 requirements for workplace labels. Each bottle is pre-printed with essential information, including the chemical name and formula, GHS pictogram and signal word, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and recommended protective clothing and equipment. The unique valve design prevents pressure build-up, eliminating the risk of hazardous chemical drips and allowing for dispensing in both upright and inverted positions. These bottles feature a wide mouth measuring 53mm (2 inches) for convenient refilling, and they are made from translucent LDPE, with sodium hypochlorite bottles being white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450nm, and toluene bottles in red LDPE. The color-coded polypropylene closures facilitate quick identification. The package consists of 500ml bottles with 4 per bag and 1000ml bottles with 2 per bag, with an assortment of 4 per bag that includes one each of acetone, isopropanol, bleach, and ethanol.
