Minipet™ pipetters feature a three-way check valve for continuous, repetitive pipetting. The filling line can be placed in a reservoir, and by pushing the Teflon® plunger to dispense and releasing it, the unit refills automatically. The molded polypropylene handle provides comfort for extended use, and the self-locking capacity can be set by turning the knob on top, ensuring dispensing repeatability of ± 0.5%. Extensions can be added to the filling line for greater reach. Teflon® Minipet® pipetters offer high chemical resistance and can be used with virtually any solvent or acid (except HF), with fluids coming into contact solely with borosilicate glass and Teflon®. The kit includes an all-Teflon® valve (with glass check) and Teflon® sinker on a 45.7 cm (18") line with a 2.4 mm I.D. Aqueous Minipet® pipetters are autoclavable and compatible with a Luer lock manifold for multi-well plate work; they come with a chrome-plated check valve, Luer lock fitting, Buna-N seals, stainless steel spring, and a Luer lock cannula on a 45.7 cm long (18") line with a 3.2 mm I.D., along with a silicon filling tube and Teflon® sinker.
