A unique, 2-piece valve prevents pressure build-up of solvents within these right-to-know safety-labeled wash bottles, allowing for the venting of volatiles and eliminating solvent drips. Each bottle is pre-printed with essential information, including the chemical name, formula, the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The valve eliminates drips and allows dispensing of the wash bottle in both upright and inverted positions. The wide mouth measure of 53mm (2") facilitates easy refilling, while the polypropylene closure is color-coded to assist in easy identification. Constructed of translucent LDPE, these solvent-resistant bottles feature sodium hypochlorite in white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450nm. The product provides compliance with OSHA requirements as outlined in Hazard Communication Standard 29 CFR 1910.1200, and the bottles are labeled with five of the most commonly used solvent names, with options for custom labeling available.
