This stainless steel sampling spoon features an anti-stick, corrosion-resistant surface, with a Fluo-Kem® Teflon® FEP coating that complies with FDA regulations for direct food, drug, and cosmetic contact. The design includes a 4mm diameter rod that is flattened at one end to create an 8 x 51mm spatula, while the opposite end forms a 13 x 25mm spoon.
