The hand-held, cordless homogenizer is designed for efficient processing of one to many samples, featuring a user-friendly push in/pull out pestle exchange. This kit includes matched pestle tips and micro tubes compatible for use with both the homogenizer and hand processing, ensuring tight tolerances and thorough homogenization. The pestles and tubes, which are chemical and heat resistant, are free from colorants to prevent heavy metal leaching into samples. The tubes have 25% thicker bottoms than industry standards for added integrity, and each is equipped with frosted surfaces for labeling, a positive seal "snap-cap" design, and a pierceable top for enhanced functionality. The pestles feature a ribbed shaft for precise finger control during homogenization, and they fit most motorized mixer adapters. All components are manufactured and packaged in a class 10,000 cleanroom, certified DNase, RNase, and pyrogen-free, made from animal and phthalate/phthalate-ester free polypropylene, with lot control and material traceability. The products are available in individually wrapped tubes and pestles over packed in resealable bags of 100 each or bulk packed in resealable bags with an additional heat-seal above the standard closure indicating if the package has been opened. Note: Sterilized products are not returnable.
