The racks are constructed from epoxy-coated steel wire and are designed to accommodate up to thirty-six 50ml centrifuge tubes, featuring holes that measure 30mm square. They are coated with heat-cured epoxy, which remains resistant to organic solvents, salts, weak acids, and weak alkalis. The racks can withstand a temperature range from -223°C (-369°F) to 121°C (250°F) and are suitable for autoclaving.
