The sampling kit features a simple insert, rotate, and withdraw motion designed for cross-sectional sampling of non-flowing, bulk powders, and is available in three lengths. It includes an open blade that is effective with sticky and cohesive powders, and the rounded edges help secure samples in place. The materials used are FDA and EU conforming, making them safe for applications involving food, drugs, and cosmetics. The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) lance is heat sealed in an individual polyethylene bag and is gamma irradiated sterile with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6, ensuring readiness for one-time use and disposal. Each product is lot stamped for accurate tracing and is shipped with a certificate of processing for sterilization. Note that sterilized products are not returnable.
