The long handle on these spoons enables users to reach into jars, bottles, and other confined areas to minimize the potential of personal contact with sampled material. The kit includes ten individually packaged scoops, each sealed in an outer bag to create multiple layers of protection against contaminants and debris, making it ideal for use in multi-zone clean rooms. Constructed from FDA grade polystyrene, these scoops are safe for food, drug, and cosmetic use. They are gamma irradiated sterile to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6. Each scoop is lot stamped for accurate lot tracing and is shipped with a certificate of processing for sterilization. Note that sterilized products are not returnable.
