Worldwide Electric's open drip proof (ODP) motors are engineered for HVAC and refrigeration equipment, air compressors, and general purpose applications where non-enclosed motors are ideal. These premium efficiency ODP motors are available in horsepower ratings from 1/2 to 125, with RPM options of 3600, 1800, and 1200. They operate on 208-230/460 volt, 60 Hz, or 190/380 volt, 50 Hz power supply. The motors feature an open drip proof enclosure with rolled steel frames for 1/2-50 HP and cast iron frames for 60-100 HP. They have an IP23 degree of protection, a service factor of 1.15 (1.0 SF for 50 Hz applications), and utilize Class F insulation. The rigid base is designed for 56C-face with a removable base design to enhance installation flexibility. These motors include inverter duty ratings of 10:1 CT and 20:1 VT (1.0 SF), and the inverter grade magnet wire meets or exceeds NEMA MG-1 part 31 standards. Additionally, they feature pre-drilled and tapped drive end bells on 143T frames and larger for simple installation of Inpro current diverter rings, along with an exclusive double vacuum pressure impregnation insulation system. The double drilled feet allow for mounting flexibility on 143T-404T frames, and motors sized 254T and larger are suitable for F1 to F2 conversion.
