The GCH-24 Hematocrit Centrifuge is designed for labs to accurately determine erythrocyte fractions in blood and perform micro solution separations using the included twenty-four (24) place capillary rotor. This kit includes a hematocrit rotor with a capacity of 24 capillaries and a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM, as well as an optional tube rotor for 1.5/2 mL capacity, allowing a maximum speed of 14,000 RPM. The centrifuge features a speed range of 200-14,000 RPM and a maximum relative centrifugal force (RCF) of 18,620 x g. Independent control of speed and time is facilitated through a backlit LCD display and intuitive control buttons, supplemented by a parameter adjustment knob. Safety is enhanced with rotor lids that are easy to manipulate, while additional features include pulse operation for quick spins, short-time run function, and an audible alert function. Safety functions like door interlock, overspeed detector, over-temperature detector, automatic internal diagnosis, and automatic rotor identification ensure reliable performance. The device is powered by a maintenance-free brushless DC motor and boasts advanced operational capabilities.
