The Globes GCM Series is designed for laboratory use, providing reliable performance for spinning down microcentrifuge tubes, PCR tubes, or PCR strips. It operates at a maximum speed of 7,000 RPM (2680 x g), with a simple "close to start - open to stop" functionality for quick acceleration and deceleration. The kit includes an eight (8) position microcentrifuge tube rotor for 1.5 / 2.0 mL tubes, a rotor for 16 position 0.2 mL PCR tubes and strips, as well as eight (8) adapters for 0.2 mL tubes and eight (8) adapters for 0.5 mL tubes. Rotor attachments are designed for easy interchangeability without the need for tools. The GCM is compact, lightweight, and operates quietly, making it highly portable. Additionally, users can choose from three lid colors: red, blue, or green. The GCM Series is an ideal choice for quick spin-downs and microfiltration in a laboratory setting.
