The GCH-24 hematocrit centrifuge is designed for laboratories to accurately determine erythrocyte fractions in blood and facilitate micro solution separations using the included twenty-four (24) place capillary rotor. The centrifuge features easy-to-remove rotor lids for enhanced user safety, and its programming is straightforward with a backlit LCD display, intuitive control buttons, and a parameter adjustment knob. The timer operates only after the programmed speed is achieved, ensuring precise results, with setpoints adjustable by either G-force or RPM. Key specifications include a speed range of 200-14,000 RPM, maximum RCF of 18,620 x g, independent control of speed and time, and a maintenance-free brushless DC motor. The centrifuge also offers a pulse operation for quick spins. The hematocrit rotor accommodates 24 capillaries at a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM, while an optional tube rotor supports 24 places with 1.5/2 mL capacity at a maximum speed of 14,000 RPM.
