Penco pallet rack upright frames are supplied completely fabricated and welded into rigid units, with a standard finish in 028 gray baked enamel. These upright frames should be securely anchored to the floor for safety, adhering to seismic conditions and local codes, which may necessitate the use of anchors other than the Penco 1/2"-13 x 3 3/4" wedge anchor. It is advisable to consult with local code officials regarding anchoring requirements, as various jurisdictions may approve different types of anchors.
