Penco pallet rack upright frames are fully fabricated and welded into rigid units, featuring a standard finish of 028 gray baked enamel. It is recommended that all upright frames be securely anchored to the floor for safety. Depending on seismic conditions and local codes, alternative anchors may be required beyond the Penco 1/2"-13 x 3 3/4" wedge anchor. It is advisable to consult local code officials regarding anchoring, as various jurisdictions may have approved different types of anchors.
