The Surestrain™ premium cell strainer system is a fast and easy-to-use solution for detaching, isolating, and straining cells from clusters and tissues. The system includes a polypropylene frame that supports a nylon mesh with a pore size of 100 μm (yellow). The advanced frame and housing design enhances performance and reduces processing time by eliminating the "air-lock" effect, while improved aeration facilitates air escape during filtrate entry, thus preventing spillovers. Key features include faster flow-through, compatibility with 6-well plates, interlocking and stackable design, and individual packaging for sterility. The product is RNase, DNase, pyrogen, and cytotoxin free, and it comes with four 1.5 mm feet for straining into flat plates and dishes, making it designed for use with 50 mL tubes.
