The Skullerz 8974V Safety Helmet with Visor Kit includes the 8974 Class E safety helmet and the 8991 safety helmet visor. This 6-point suspension helmet provides heavy-duty yet lightweight and comfortable head protection, guarding the front, back, top, and sides of the head from falls, dropped objects, or collisions with stationary objects. The compact helmet design enhances all-over impact protection and visibility, while a chin strap ensures the helmet remains securely in place during impacts or sudden movements. For additional eye and face protection, the visor features a UV protective Z87 lens with a permanent anti-fog and scratch-resistant hard coat tested to EN166. The helmet accommodates hat sizes from 6.5 to 8 (21 in to 25 in / 53 cm to 63.5 cm) with an easy-to-adjust 6-point premium ratcheting suspension, allowing for simple size adjustments using a one-handed adjustment knob without removing the helmet. It complies with EN 12492 side impact testing requirements and includes a removable hard hat sweatband and top pad made of breathable, sweat-wicking, and odor-resistant materials. The flexible open frame and suspension improve air circulation, while the compact shell design enhances visibility, particularly when looking upward.
