Benchmark Scientific hotplates, stirrers, and hotplate stirrers are designed for reliable performance and safe operation in laboratory settings. The series includes space-efficient models with dimensions of 7x7 inches and 10x10 inches, featuring a durable, chemical-resistant white ceramic top plate and advanced microprocessor controls. The constant monitoring system allows for precise temperature control with a range of ambient +5° to 400°C and mixing speeds adjustable from 150 to 1500 RPM, all displayed on a large digital interface. A safety LED indicator alerts users when the top plate temperature exceeds 50°C. Additionally, an external temperature probe can be utilized for applications requiring precise temperature regulation, providing direct feedback to the microprocessor to maintain the sample temperature within +/- 1°C. These models are compatible with borosilicate glass beakers and other vessels, accommodating a maximum stirring volume of 5 liters for the 7-inch stirrers and 15 liters for the 10-inch stirrers. An optional clamp assembly is available for mounting thermometers and temperature probes.
