The TradePro® motor-run capacitors are UL/CSA recognized and provide protection up to 10,000 AFC. Each capacitor meets EIA-456-A standards and undergoes extensive electrical testing prior to shipping, ensuring OEM quality and longevity for reliable operation. These capacitors operate within a temperature range of 40° C to 70° C (40°F to 158°F) and have a life expectancy of 60,000 hours at the rated temperature. They are subjected to accelerated life testing, demonstrating performance for 2000 hours at 125% rated voltage at 80°C. Constructed with a thick, seven micrometer film for enhanced reliability, the capacitors are vacuum sealed to prevent leaks and contamination. A 1.5mm plastic cup supports the Mylar film rolls, while a Nomex sleeve provides protection and insulation. The capacitors are tested to industry best standards with a tolerance of ±3%, and are approved by UL, CSA, and VDE.
